MARCH 2010 RECOGNIZED AS DEVELOPMENTAL
DISABILITIES AWARENESS MONTH IN LIVINGSTON
COUNTY
March is National
Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. On
Thursday, March 11th, Mt. Morris Town Supervisor
Charles J. DiPasquale (center) delivered
a resolution by the Livingston County Board of
Supervisors to recognize the occasion at the
county level. DiPasquale issued the proclamation
at the Hilltop Industries workshop in Mt.
Morris, before an audience of dozens of people
with disabilities who work there, staff and
community members. Hilltop provides adult day
services to 325 people annually throughout both
Livingston and Wyoming counties. DiPasquale is

Executive Director for The Arc, and Livingston
County Chamber President Cynthia Oswald,
who attended with enrollees from the Chamber's
"Leadership Livingston" program.
