The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming is committed to providing high quality supports and services, and resolving all concerns in a timely manner.

 

As such, reporters are strongly encouraged to share their concern directly with the responsible party and their respective supervisory chain of command prior to initiating a concern form.

 

This form and process should be utilized when satisfactory resolution has not been reached.

 

Quality Improvement staff be will responsible for reviewing and tracking concerns and following up accordingly.

 

*All people served by The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming have the right to file an objection, as outlined in the Rights and Grievance Process.
