“It’s more than just a job; it’s like having a second family. What I like most is that it gives me the opportunity to help people and make a difference.”
Mike Pilznienski, Direct Support Professional
“I came to The Arc after retirement, so this is a second career for me. I work regular hours that fit my schedule, and get to make a difference for people who really appreciate what we do.”
Rich Kemp, Driver
“I wasn’t sure if this was something I would be good at, but I was willing to take a chance. I’m still here because I fell in love – with the agency, with my coworkers, and most importantly, with the individuals.”
