Comfort and Support Team (CAST)

An interdisciplinary team providing proactive, holistic, person-centered care to support successful aging in place to individuals in Arc homes and apartments.

 

SAFE at Home

(Sustaining Access to Functional Environments at Home)

The SAFE at Home program was created to help people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities maintain safe and healthy living outside of certified residential settings. The program provides the clinical supports, which some individuals may find necessary, to maintain health and safety in their home environment.

Make informed food choices for a healthy lifestyle.

Weekly and as-needed visits to Arc operated homes and apartments to ensure that individuals’ medical needs, wants, and desires are met, while maintaining dignity and promoting self-sufficiency.
